世の中はどうなってしまったのでしょうか？

I have been scared of the world for a while, but it’s slowly becoming terrifying. Yes, I am speaking of the wars that are happening around the world; the news about Epstein (the people associated with him are all top Business men and politicians of the world) and the atrocities they have committed. I am scared of how fast AI is growing and getting better at a lot of tasks.

So many wars, PakistanxAfghanistan; IranxIsrael-USA; USAxVenezuela (although not a war, but the abduction of President Maduro) last but not least RussiaxUkraine (which has been going on for a few years.

One of my friend’s brother lives in Dubai; he is in constant fear because even the airport is bombed now. Last week, I spoke to a couple of people I know from Israel; they also have no answers. Even civilians are getting hurt, a lot of people died; but it still seems like there’s no end to it.

That’s not the worst part, the worst part is people, not governments, are choosing sides and supporting countries. I remember a line from One Piece anime, Donquixote Doflamingo said:

 “Kids who have never seen peace and kids who have never seen war have different values! Those who stand at the top determine what’s wrong and what’s right! … Whoever wins this war becomes Justice!”

This is so relevant now. 

Anthropic’s founder said in an interview: “By next year, coding jobs will be gone”. I don’t know what or how the world will survive without jobs; but I guess only time will tell.

私はここしばらく世界のことを怖いと感じていましたが、最近はそれがだんだん「恐ろしい」と感じるようになってきました。もちろん、世界中で起きている戦争のことを言っています。それに加えて、エプスタインのニュース（彼と関係のあった人たちは世界のトップクラスの実業家や政治家ばかりです）や、彼らが犯したとされる残虐な行為の話もあります。

さらに、AIがとても速いスピードで成長し、多くの仕事をどんどん上手くこなせるようになっていることにも不安を感じています。

本当に多くの戦争があります。パキスタン対アフガニスタン、イラン対イスラエルとアメリカ、アメリカ対ベネズエラ（戦争ではありませんが、マドゥロ大統領の拉致の問題）、そして最後にロシア対ウクライナ（これはもう数年続いています）。

私の友人の兄弟がドバイに住んでいますが、今では空港でさえ爆撃されることがあるため、常に恐怖の中で暮らしているそうです。先週、イスラエルにいる知り合い数人とも話しましたが、彼らも解決策を見つけられていません。民間人までもが傷つき、多くの人が亡くなっています。それでもなお、事態は収束の兆しを見せていません。

しかし一番怖いのはそこではありません。本当に怖いのは、政府ではなく「人々」が国ごとに味方を決めて支持していることです。私はアニメ『ワンピース』のあるセリフを思い出します。ドンキホーテ・ドフラミンゴがこう言いました。

「平和を知らない子供と戦争を知らない子供では価値観が違う！ 何が正しいか、何が間違っているかを決めるのは、上に立つ者だ！ …この戦争に勝った者が正義だ！」

この言葉は、今の世界にとても当てはまると思います。

また、AnthropicというAI企業の創業者はインタビューでこう言いました。
「来年には、コーディングの仕事はなくなるだろう。」

実際、AIがコードを書く能力は急速に進歩しており、すでに一部の企業ではAIがほとんどのコードを書いていると言われています。

世界が仕事なしでどうやって成り立つのか、私にはわかりません。
でも、その答えは時間が教えてくれるのだと思います。
